At YoutubeStorm, we want you to be happy with what you buy from us. We work hard to deliver a service that is dependable and does what we say it will.
Before you place an order, take a moment to read through how our refunds and replacements work. When you buy from us, you are agreeing to the terms below.
Our Money-Back Guarantee
You have got 30 days to change your mind. If something about your order is not right, just reach out to our support team within 30 days of your purchase and we will take a look. Send us your order details along with a quick note about what went wrong so we can sort it out for you.
That said, there are a few situations where we cannot issue a refund:
- Delays that happen for reasons outside our hands.
- Orders that have already gone through and been delivered in full.
- Cases where our Terms of Service were broken or our services were misused.
- Anything that came free, as a trial, or as part of a promotion.
Retention and Warranty Guarantee
Lost some followers, likes, or views after your order? Do not worry, we will top you back up. For 60 days after your purchase, replacements are on us. Just get in touch with our support team, share your order details, and we will get the replacements going.
One thing to keep in mind: this does not cover drops caused by third-party platform changes, account suspensions, or anything else happening outside our control.
Canceling an Order
If we have not started working on your order yet, you can ask us to cancel it. The sooner you let us know after ordering, the better your odds. Once processing is underway, though, cancellation is no longer possible.
